Director: Tommy Young, Master Falconer, Ornithologist

Great opportunity to experience wildlife photography....

One-Day Photography Workshop - Basic Level
(workshop to benefit the Center)

        Offered by:
       Corbet Deary, professional photographer
with Tommy Young, providing some furry and
       feathered subjects

        see Corbet's work: click here

The workshop will consist of taking a few short hikes, as well as photographing a couple of Tommy's animals in a natural setting.  Tommy and Corbet will determine which animals will be most suitable for photographing from the ones they have on hand at that time.  One of the hikes will be a short walk to a small waterfall and the other will be to a location with plenty of wildflowers and other nature objects that will provide ample opportunity to experience macro photography.  Neither of the walks will be strenuous.

Focus will be on composition, perspective, lens choice, using aperture and shutter speed to one's advantage, as well as the importance of a tripod.

Date: none scheduled - to be announced

(100% of your class fee will go to the Center)
